This post was sponsored by Fresh From Florida as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central, however all opinions expressed are my own.

Even though Spring is popping  up everywhere in Atlanta, there are times where we still fee those cool breezes come through. Of course, being 8 months pregnant, I want to eat almost everything I see but know that to keep a balance diet for my soon to be son, as well as my husband and three year old toddler, I need to find foods that are going to keep everyone fighting off colds, keeping our energy up and most of all, delicious!

While shopping the other day I found delicious Fresh From Florida Blueberries that looked absolutely delicious. What I appreciate about Fresh From Florida products are always fresh, reliable and delicious with every bite. I know that I can count on to be full of flavor which is saying for my fruit loving family members! They guarantee delicious food that make every recipe a win! Having these fresh ingredients inspire me to make a healthy and wholesome meals with the best ingredients I can find. Fresh From Florida also highlights ingredients that are seasonally grown such as tomatoes, sweet corn, watermelon and blueberries! Sometimes they even highlight seasonal seafood so you can enjoy the best of the best!

These particular blueberries are perfect for really anything you can think of! I love pairing mine with big salads, creating a simple blueberry salsa or even blueberry dessert! You can never go wrong when you have Fresh From Florida blueberries because you know they are always going to be ripe, sweet, savory and picked to perfection from the farm to your hand! Plus, you're helping to support their business and families. Helping the farmers in your community, helps to build a stronger connection between the grower and the eater.

  2. Blueberries is one of my favorite fruits. I could eat blueberries plain or in anything. Wish they were cheaper.

  3. Yum. Love fresh - especially blueberries!
