Being healthy has been my goal to live a healthier and longer life. One of the biggest things I’ve done to keep my health in check is working out. This doesn’t mean I needed to get an entire gym set ready to go. Thanks to the warm weather, I’ve been able to run a few miles a day outside and also try free work out videos online that are only 30 – 45 minutes!I personally enjoy doing my workout in the morning to start my day on the right foot. It’s one big thing to cross off my to-do list and also get my endorphins going. Even if you don’t think you can do it, I promise if you set your alarm clock early, put your work out clothes out the night before, and get up to get it done, you’ll feel great!
Better For You Snacking :
I’m a big snack-a-holic but I don’t want to grab chips for the crunch. I want something I can feel good about but also curb that sweet tooth craving I’ll get too.
