Since starting my training for Warrior Dash about a month now and I’ve been trying work out videos that I can do at home. It’s so much easier for me to get up before my kids, start a video and enjoy getting about a 20-30 minute cardio, HITT or yoga! I love it and found some great ones that I’m excited to share with you all!
Yoga– One of my favorite works outs you guys! My favorite on Youtube right now is Sarah Beth Yoga. She really has some great workouts that are categorized by time or intensity. Some of my favorites even just a “chill” yoga for 10 minutes just to get some sanity back. Moms you know what I mean!
Pilates– I used to do a lot of Pilates when I first started working out to get some strength training back in my life. I also forgot how DIFFICULT it can be despite not burning so many calories.
Walking/Running In Your Home – If you don’t have YouTube or don’t want to purchase DVDs, I suggest just walking around your home/apartment and if you have stairs, use those to get some cardio in! Sometimes I don’t feel like doing a ‘class’ so I’ll just do this and it still burns just as many calories! Who says chasing after your kids isn’t a good cardio?!
BodyFit By Amy – One of my best girlfriends suggested this and it’s amazing. Amy has so many work outs to choose from including HIIT classes, strength and core exercises. There are modified versions as well which makes you feel good to ease into if you need too.
Tally Rae Work Out – I actually met Tally at my girlfriend’s wedding last summer and we hit it off talking about blogging and her fitness journey. She’s as lovely in person as she is on her channel and I love all her exercises and encouragements. I mean really, who doesn’t love a good British accent ( ha love ya girl! )
Sydney Cummings– I’ve been doing her work outs for the past few weeks and love the quality she gives of variety and using either weights, dumbbells or even your body for works outs. I also love that she breaks them out with 30 minutes, 40 minutes and 50 minute work outs and I’m never bored either!
