Another easy recipe in a pinch is chicken skillet nachos. These are quick to put together and you can add a variety of toppings to what you want. I like to add beans, cheese, and sour cream to mine.

This soup is usually made quickly and ‘may I have another bowl’ type of dish. In fact my kids don’t mind the kale in this soup either! Perfect for a cold night and needing some extra warmth.
