It’s been a struggle for many of us to work from home, give attention to our family members, attempt to home school, cook dinner, clean the bathrooms and so much more. One of the biggest reasons we feel overworked and stressed is the load we carry. I just named several above of all the tasks we feel as if we need to get accomplished and checked off every day. Guess what- you don’t! Try creating a list of things you HAVE to get done. Set your priorities in terms of the most important tasks that need to get done that day and work from there. Also, I love getting my kids involved to help me when needed such as setting the table, picking up their toys, or getting themselves dressed in the morning. It’s one less thing I need to think about and it helps my stress level.
